What is an unknown record?
An unknown record is generated when our Server cannot determine the dosage status on your smart pillbox. This maybe the result of bluetooth been switched off, App been closed, Memo Box been placed too far way from your smartphone, Memo Box has low battery power and/or bad internet connectivity.
Why didn’t I get a notify of an unknown record?
If you need to get notify of an unknown record, you can open it in Family Tracker > Management > Your Family’s Settings > Notify me of unknown record.
